Successful Application in Automobile Coating

Recently, we provided Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd. with a batch of filter elements again, for replacement of the sinter plate dust collector elements of the painting workshop in its Cadillac plant of China.

The painting workshop is equipped with an automatic spray booth with dry separation technology designed and supplied by Dürr. Dürr is a leading company in the global automotive coating industry. It has revolutionarily applied dry separation technology with sinter plate filter elements as the core component in the paint overspray separation process. No need for water or coagulant, reaches the emission concentration of < 0.1mg/Nm³, achieves 95% air circulation, and saves energy by up to 60%, while maintaining stable painting quality. Dürr spray booth’s dry separation technology, known as ”EcoDryScrubber”, has been widely used all over the world.

After long-term use of our products, the performance has proven to replace imported products. We have provided thousands of sinter plate filter elements for many Chinese automobile manufacturers since 2015.
